 Nestled in nature, our private resort offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation.  Whether you’re seeking tranquility, adventure or excitement, we have something special for everyone.  Our expansive campsite accommodates up to 32 guests in our main lodge and four charming cabins, each equipped with bathrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, linens, toiletries and coffee stations. Guests can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities, including swimming, fishing, hiking and sports such as pickleball, basketball and volleyball.  Fox Carlton Pond is the ideal destination for family vacations, reunions and special gatherings.

 Sugar Ridge RV Campground 

Creating lasting memories in this serene setting and connect with nature as you enjoy cozy evenings around your fire pit. We offer a variety of options, including tent platform sites, screened huts and RV sites equipped with electricity and water. Enjoy the convenience of a private bathhouse with showers, toilets, and an outdoor wash sink, all nestled among the peaceful wooden haven. Sites can be individually booked by guests looking for a peaceful scenic stay overlooking Fox Carlton Pond.  * Please note, Sugar Ridge RV Campground is located at our Upper Campground, a separate location from our lower private campground. Guests booking RV sites will not have use the amenities of the private campground.
