Fox Carlton Pond’s unique offerings allow guests to book your own private stay at our expansive campsite including outdoor activities and opportunities including fishing, swimming and boating on Fox Carlton Pond, pickle ball, basketball, volleyball ball, badminton, putting green horse shoes and corn hole. Explore our 3 hiking trails, two entry points on the Sandy River. Lodging can accommodate up to 32 guests amongst our main lodge  and four cabins with bathrooms, ac and wifi. The perfect private location for family vacations , reunions, retreats, and group getaways..

We also offer booking options for our RV Sites located on  Sugar Ridge at our Upper Campground. These RV sites can be booked individually for guests looking for a peaceful, independent stay overlooking
